Vehicle Service Contracts

Our direct or reinsured Century Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) provide mechanical protection for new & pre-owned vehicles.

All VSC programs are managed by Century Automotive Service Corporation, a MAPFRE company, which offers complete policy administration, claims adjudication and underwriting for a myriad of casualty insurance products. We can assist in the establishment and management of all tax structures, including Controlled Foreign Corporations (CFC), Retrospective Programs (RETROs), Dealer Owned Warranty Company (DOWC) and Dealer Obligor (DO) programs. Through our strategic partners, we currently manage several hundred producer-owned reinsurance companies and profit-participation programs.

Coverage Includes

• Vehicle Protection: Pays for the costs of parts and labor for the repair or replacement of major component parts
• National Acceptance: Recognized by repair facilities nationwide. In the event that a network repair facility is not available, third-party claims are paid by a Century Service credit card
• Rental Reimbursement: Provides rental vehicle during a mechanical failure, due to covered repair work. Century Service will allow rental coverage with no deductible
• Towing Coverage: Provides for towing reimbursement when in conjunction with the repair of a covered item
